The most challenging painting to capture in a photo…this painting is stoning! But I suffer every time I see the results of my pictures. I made it with acrylic ink and with an airbrush, watercolor pencil, and a bit of oil painting. With oil painting, I made the highlights.
I love the sweet expression of the warthog, he seems so small and vulnerable, like wholly innocent and ignorant of the dangers of the real world, I cannot imagine how some people would like to go for a hunt and hurt them. Furthermore, I wish I could protect them all, that was my wish while painting it, to protect him.
